We are human, in every moment we need dress. thousand years ago we use animals lather for our dress. but now we are gentle nation, day by day we increased moderate our dress making system. now we use many scientific system and modern machine but we always dependent on nature like thousand years ago.

Wiving machine made cloth from yarn. it is a nice and sensitive system and we get grey cloth from yarn by wiving machine.(it is woven cloth making system)

When we make yarn add starch with yarn for this cause grey fabric is too hard. this machine reduce starch from fabric by desizing chemicals. and remove unnecessary yarn by gas singing.after desizing wet fabric put on a batches and rounding 6-8 hours with chemicals.

After desizig complete fabric need scouring and bleaching. Scouring removed any disgusting dirty from fabric, like oil mark, cotton seeds spot and desizing chemicales. bleaching remove grey type color and make fabric white.(by Hydrozne peroxide , caustic soda and other bleaching chemical's).

| MERCERIZING |
When fabric passed bleaching and scouring system fabric will too loose and strong less. Mercerizing system gives fabric re-fete strong . this system is fabric passed in liquid caustic soda tank and hot water tank after washing by acetic acid for neutralize (caustic soda is hi power alkali)

After mercerizing fabrics need normal wash and neutralizing washing machine do this work. and dry to fabric by steam with dry cylinder

After washing fabric is white, soft and nice but it is not to ready for dyeing(color). Stenter machine processed fabric for dyeing. after stenter fabrice become dry,smooth,assembled. now fabric is ready for dyeing or printing.

many kind of woven fabric dyeing system semi continues is one of them it is so easy, qualityful and low rejected system. dyes solution and alkali solution mix in dye bath. fabric passed in the bath and absorbed dyes and alkali solution same time two sensitive padder squeezed fabric at a standard pressure and delivered to batches.

When dyeing is complete fabric covered by poly for vacuum if air touch dyed fabric, fabric will spot. in this condition fabrics batch 5-8 hour rounding a limited speed for color fixing.

if fabric dyed by semi continuous system fabric need wash wash machine do this work. at first fabric passed cold water tank then hot water tank with detergent again cold water then dry and unload fabric from machine. dyeing is complete now need finishing.

Continuous dyeing is another system for woven fabrics. it is nice system but risk-able . if fabric dyeing in this system washing machine and 5-8 rolling are no need. all in one this machine. fist fabric dyed then dry then fixing then washing then dry and delivered dyed fabric from machine. it is short time process but any reason machine will stopped a big amount fabric will rejected. padder,dry chamber,curig chamber,dye bath and other point.

Now dyed fabric is ready it need finishing. finishing completed by stenter machine and other finishing agent.

Now fabric finished complete it is rady for making garments. after a long process we get fabric for make garments but more process left for get readymate garments.
